We got your votes, and we are proud to introduce our two new board members to Rock Creek Estates!
Gina will replace Serjay as our Treasurer, while Rob will be replacing Nicholas as our Vice President. We welcome both of them to our board and glad to see such motivated community members joining our team to help make Rock Creek Great!
2024 Yearly Dues are needed by March 1st.
If you need assistance with your dues, please contact our Managment Team to see what options they offer.
Recently there was news of the USPS having one of their master mailbox bank keys stolen. This is the type of key they use to open the community mailbox banks.
At this time, there has been no indication or reports to the RCE board that any of our mailbox banks have been opened illegally from this event.
The Board encourages all Home Owners to check their mailboxes as frequently as possible to help limit anyone illegally opening the banks and stealing any mail within our community. It's highly recommended to sign up for USPS Informed Delivery- it's a free email generated by USPS that informs you what is being left inside your mailbox and what should be in your mailbox each day. This could be the best way to help inform you of stolen mail.
Rock Creek Estates has a Landscaping company to maintaining our common areas. These areas include, but is not limited to, the Grass Strips in front of Homes that line the streets, Tree's within these Grass Strips, North & South RCE Entrances, Areas at the end of all the Cul-de-sac's, and the NGPA areas visible from the streets that line our sidewalks to keep over grown shrubs from growing onto the sidewalks. As of 2021- our landscapers also maintain 83rd AVE so the community looks good from the view leading into the neighborhood. If you would like to contact the landscapers for personal landscaping of your property, Contact our HOA and we will help you get in touch with them.
